If I were in Alex's situation, I'd ask my sister Jackie if it might be okay if I could go through life as her "for a little while", or even as her "twin sister" permanently. If only because it seems downright delightful to me to be such a chubby, shapely, plump, busty woman myself forever. And of course I will also look for a way to be such a woman permanently .... . -Tom-
